The HDY explosion-proof submersible pump is a vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump designed by our factory through the digestion and introduction of advanced foreign technology. It is a new product developed to better meet the needs of users, with a focus on improving reliability and energy efficiency.

HDY explosion-proof submersible pump is suitable for mining drainage and factory/urban water supply. It is made of stainless steel material and can transport various corrosive media; It can also be used in petroleum refining, petrochemicals, and chemical industries to transport petroleum, liquefied petroleum gas, and other flammable, explosive, or toxic high-temperature and high-pressure liquids that do not contain solid particles; And it is suitable for transporting clean water and other chemical liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water, with a maximum temperature of no more than 80 ℃. Performance range of HDY pump: Q=6.25-155m3/h, H=70-603m.

Characteristics of HDY explosion-proof multi-stage pump：

(1) The degree of component universality is high, and maintenance and replacement are convenient.

(2) All bearing components adopt advanced sliding bearings and axial thrust bearings, with a long service life.

(3) All bearings are cooled by water, with a medium temperature of t=-20 to+300 ℃.

(4) The main components are made of carbon steel and stainless steel according to different usage conditions, and the bearings and other parts are added with two types of cast steel and iron, providing convenient material selection for cold regions, outdoor use, marine use, etc.
